    Default What is the best Mississippi Spring Fishing show


    Team,

    Looking for a good fishing show. Wanting to purchase a new boat. Living in IL and we do not have the same amount of crappie fishing boats or gear to check out.

    Any ideas would be great. I know shows are coming really quick.

    There is the Mid-South Sports & Boat Show going on next weekend at the Agricenter in Memphis. Be a lot of dealers out showing off their new inventory. My opinion if you want to see crappie fishing boats in all makes, models and sizes then attend some weigh ins at big or small crappie tournament. A new boat is just that, it's still got to outfitted and rigged for the type of fishing it will be used for. There may be dealers there with fully rigged boats for crappie fishing displayed, I dunno. Never been to one, be to tempting looking at all those new boats

    Bill at Big River Marine can get you fixed up. If you are curious about multiple brands, take a road trip and visit some of the boat factories. Ranger, Skeeter, etc. It's a good way to see all their models and understand how each is built.
