I like my crappie master net. We are picking up 2 new ones from Bill at big river marine Wednesday. Strongest long net I've seen or held.

Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

Ive used about all of them and I'd say the top 4 nets are cm net, jenko, ego, and monks net. The cm net is high priced and a bit heavy but serves its purpose and very durable. The ego is not long enough for some occasions but it's light, durable, and won't break the bank. The jenko is high priced, not as durable, but the lightest net on the market. Monks net is what I use and it's super long and light. It's as durable as any net on the market but it's downfall is the material it's made of. I spend some time weaving my weight and hooks through the mesh each time I net a fish. To me it's just part of it. I'd rather have the fastest net and spend time taking fish off than I had cussing myself or partner for not getting the net under a fish fast enough.

I like the Crappie Masters Net for spider rigging and a ego net with rubber basket for cranks. Got my Crappie Masters net from Big River Marine

    Thx. See ya tomorrow.

CM is Definitely my choice. It’s a two handed net when fully extended. 13 feet 4 inches long. Very durable and plenty fast enough for this Old Man. You can even buy the push pole end for shallow water. It’s strong. I get them for most of the guides around Mississippi.

Can someone post a pic of a CM net? I have been trying to find one and not having any luck.

Do you think the Monk's will go with the rubber net in the future

I use the Ego cause I mostly fish by myself and can one-arm it easily. The CM net is by far the most durable but you need a partner if using it very much.
