It was a beautiful morning, cloudy, light breeze and the fish we're biting. Had the lines in the water by 7:30am, rolled them up at noon. Caught 19 crappie, 3 white bass and a had one double drum drill. Out of 19 caught 7 were keepers, which is alot better ratio then I've been having out there the last month. Haven't fished Sardis in two weeks, but figured it was bound to get better. Probably could have went somewhere else and did better, but who knows maybe not. Anyway, proud of these 7 as I would be with a limit anywhere else, atleast it's better for me than it's been being and a sign of hope. I won't give away any info out of respect for the upcoming tournament fishermen, but there is hope for some good stringers. Good luck guys and gals at the ACT!! Happy Fathers Day to all those dads out there!!
