Is this batch of rain coming through now gonna fill up the Big 4 or is the corps still letting it go? I would like to see Arkabutla hold a little bit, not as much as last year lol, but enough to make navigation a little easier.

They try to maintain winter pool until May 1st, last year they had no choice but to hold the water this time of year unless they wanted to flood crenshaw, sarah ms etc. even more due to the amount of rain we had.

Nader is about 2' above curve as of today. However around the 14th the curve turns sharply higher. After big rains they.ve been known to wait 2-3 days before messing with the gates. By then we'll be almost to that higher rise point. I would be surprised if they did anything (barring monsoon rains).
