    Default Lake Lachloosa

Were moving up to Lake Lachloosa in the morning (Thurs.) looks like a good lake. Can rent a boat there for$30 a day. Will be staying at Lachloosa Harbor RV Park. We will be about 50 yards from the water. They have a tackle shop with bait and an attached diner. You can get 2 burgers for $6 They get a lot of Crappie and Bream out of this lake.

Had frost and 20's and 30's last three mornings. Met a couple here in the campground that have a boat. They said we could use it anytime. Waiting for a warm day to take it out. Fished off the docks a few times, caught little Crappies and a small Warmouth Bass. Fishing will improve as it warms up. This is an "old time fish camp". Lots of wildlife and our slide out faces the lake so we see all kinds of birds. Seen a couple beautiful sunsets. Will try to get a picture.
