    Default Fall Crappie Camp

Fall crappie camp will be held at Wm Mitchell State Park in Cadillac ,Mi. The dates are Sept 16-18, 2016. Now is the time to make your reservations. We will try to be close to the channel. The sites in the 19x, area of the campground will be closest to the channel. You will have the opportunity to moor your boat on the channel, but it is a first come first serve. The pavilion is across 115 and is $50. Give us your comments about renting the pavilion. If the group is small we can ask people to bring their pop up canopies.

I am looking forward to your Michigan fall camp. It will be my 1st. I have my reservation at Mitchel St Park. Hoping it doesn't snow.
Watch me - I can do it again

I'm in for Friday and Saturday. Haven't made reservations yet, but since I live in Houghton Lake, it's not far to drive if I need to. Looking forward to seeing everyone again, and some new faces I'm sure.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

Mom and dad will be there. My sister lives a few blocks away so they are staying there. I will be guiding Abby on her first deer hunt. I feel she is finally ready mentally to understand that pulling the trigger ends a life.

Now that sounds like a great way to spend the weekend. Wish my kids were still young enough to take advantage of the youth hunt. Grand kids will be soon though. Good luck to both of you.

Hey everyone! Sorry we haven't been posting anything. Tonda has been very ill and had surgery a couple of weeks ago. Moving forward we need to get a head count and start talking about food and such. We have not rented the pavilion yet because it doesn't seem we will have a big crowd this year. Any thoughts? Wondering also if we have enough people to do the white elephant game again, which everyone seemed to enjoy. Liars club Friday night, bring munchies!! $5 entry fee into fish contest for Saturday, weigh in at 2pm and fish fry to follow.
