    The first was measured on GPS and this one has a speedo. Sounds great. Thanks for all the advice.

    You get to check it on gps might find it closer than you think. Them boat mounted speedos aren’t very accurate. Enjoy your new boat.

    Do you have power trim? If not then the pin on the motor needs to go a hole or two out it looks like it is tucked under and I agree in the picture you motor looks to low the cavitation plate should at least be even with the bottom of the hull.

    Measure with GPS, - apples to apples. 32mph is fast for the setup you have.
