Heated power washer works pretty good on pontoons...sure it would work on aluminum boats

Have used alumibrite on truck wheels and fuel tanks with great success. Have cleaned my pontoon with it also. It is available at janitor supply warehouses and the polish can be found at local truck stop. Just be sure to follow directions on alumibrite. If done right, it(aluminum) will look like chrome more than aluminum!!

I use Aluminox concentrate. Yo get it NAPA or Amazon. Spray and rinse. This stuff works. It cleans, but leaves a dull like finish. No elbow grease required unless you wanna shine it up purdy like. I farm out elbow grease applications to the more energetic.

The Scrubber foam spray that you use to clean showers with works good to get the hard water stains off. Spray it with the foam let it sit wash it off and then scrub the boat with some distilled vinegar. Will make your boat look brand new.

I used a mixture of toilet bowl cleaner and peroxide on my painted boat, the on trailer that is not painted, worked pretty good. If you let it soak you could just spray it off

I keep an inexpensive spray bottle in the boat/truck with 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water. When I pull the boat from the water, I spray it down and use an old rag to wipe it down. The boat is clean when I leave the ramp. Put it in the garage, charge the battery, and it is ready to go for the next trip.
