    Default Motor Guide


    I turned the head around on my trolling motor and now it starts in high in reverse and forward. I'm not to electrical savy but I didn't disconnect any wires anyone have any ideas?

    NEVER SEEN THAT . SHOULD START ON LOW EVEN IF WIRES WERE BACKWARD ON BATTERY .

    Sounds like you have a couple of wiring connectors touching in the head. When you turned it it pulled one wire next to another wire causing it to feed high speed side.

    I'v'e done that to a dozen motor but only 180 not a 360. it now pulls the boat instead of pushing
