That's what you do on a party barge, make sure the gals have bait on and taking care of their fish. Grunts are gray snappers and eat up just fine. make sure you let the mates do the cleaning as they are fast and good at it and it's cheap. we go out of tarpon springs and that captain always puts us on lots of fish. the gals are usually reluctant at first but then do most of the ketchn and have big grins while bymo and I take care of them.

and most of them perchy looking ones if legal to keep taste great .....
