    Default Ulterra Quest Info.

For those considering this motor some things you need to know. They have issues. Not only with the operation of the motor but being able to service the motors. I am in no way saying do not buy one but there are some things you need to know. Here is link to video of my issues with the Ulterra Quest and with Minn Kota service.

Man, I’m sorry to hear that!
    But well put.
I’m running about a 2022, the previous model. So far it’s been fine, but an experience like that and I will be looking across the fence.
I do hope they catch up with this problem.

Man as much as one of those units cost you would think Minn Kota would be bending over backwards to make it right for you. I hope you can get back on the lake soon.

As things become more complicated, they become less reliable.
trouble shooting isn’t possible if expensive equipment isn’t purchased. So items are returned to the manufacturer.
sorry to hear of your troubles with spring fishing upon us.
i hope it all works out.
