Windy day on pomme de Terre lake 2-21-22 (video)
Decided to go fishing today before all the rain Ice and snow they are forecasting this week. The wind was terrible today 30 mph gust at times. Lake was white capping about all day. I couldn't get out on the lake and over the beds I needed to so I fished some other beds in coves. Only ended up with 8 keepers. Here's the video.

Yeah it was tough. That lake is hard to get out of the wind in. I should have went to bull shoals.
Crappie Wall Hanger II
Fished there once in March back in the 80's. A beautiful lake and one of the best crappie fishing days I ever had. They were either getting close to the spawn or into it already and I caught a bunch of them on a stump flat using a black Road Runner jig. I can see how it would be a very difficult place to fish in the wind.
