Thanks! I see that you're from Kentucky. We do a lot of fishing in Kentucky. That picture above was taken from Laurel River Lake. We also enjoy Kentucky Lake, Barkley Lake, Nolin Lake, among others. Where will you be fishing in Kentucky?

I live in Louisville KY and fish mostly Rough River and Taylorsville Lake. These two lakes are the only one that are semi close to me and everything else is pushing it, can't afford the gas for the truck and boat anymore now that gas is hitting 4 dollars a gallon.

I fish out of a 1660 Classic Lund as well, and agree with what I heard so far. I primarily fish long-linging down here in FL in the shallow lakes. Skeetbum is correct about the high sides and wind.
I used to fish out of a tracker-type bass boat for specks, but absolutely love the stability and safety of the lund. I can get my boat in 1.5 ft of water too, with a little bumping on the bottom.

Chuck that is a nice boat, where did you mount the 1198c? I got my HDS 12 touch and it is a beauty. Here is a picture of it on my boat.Name: image.jpg

On a ram mount similar to yours. Just put a 1158 on the bow. I guess the new boat name should be "Black Bird". Your new touch looks great.
