I have the bottom all stripped to bare aluminum up to the rib running down the side.I'm going to use Steel Flex to seal the bottom and all of the rivits that will be under water at all/

AZ, before you replace your lights a few times, try to move them to the top of the guide poles. They'll last almost forever if you do that but will pop bulbs and corrode in a reasonably short time where they are now. Just my 2 cents. Nice work so far, looks good. That bottom repair is in a tough spot.

Not now Fatman, lol. If it can hold water for a week,I might have enough time to swim to shore.Good idea Skeet, you'll see the change in the taillights next time that I take pics. Here's my progress as of today.I got the top half self etch primered and painted today.Don't give me any crap about the nasty looking #'s on the bow.I wanted to wait to take it out by Feb.When I get the new tag I'll fix that up.The rest will be Steel Flexed and every rivit that comes in contact with the water will be sealed.
