Nice catch. We have a tournament coming up out of there May 12th
First trip in awhile.....fished 7:30 AM - 3PM...covered lots of area within 10 miles of launch....no fish till after noon...just one here and there...fish caught in the shade where moss was hanging in the water next to a tree or where a bush with leaves hung into the water....18"-24" deep....shiners....sacs 14 1/2"....2 at 13"...one 12" & 2 @ 11"....gave away 3 catfish to my fishing buddy "Spike"....Spike followed me in his boat and fished with jigs....right at the end of the day he put the jigs down and picked up his jig pole and a shiner....said, "OK, you made a believer out of me".....water still very high....water in the parking lot at the launch....these will hold moma and I for awhile....PPG, no sacs caught in Sherman...BTW, they removed the "no wake zone" for the area....nice to be able to run down 4 Mile bayou....
