    Default D'Arbonne Spring Crappie


    In the early spring/late winter when do the crappie began moving up into the creeks?

    Looking back through pictures from last year on my phone. The Crappie where spawning the last couple weeks in March. I would say they start heading up the creeks in late February, soon as the water temps start to rise. Hope this helps.
    If you dont have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to find time time to fix it.

    Honestly bandchaser, I do not remember off the top of my head. I do not keep a log either. It was 63 degrees his past weekend, so if I had to guess 50 degrees. ????

    Normally the last of February crappie are holding in the flats and edge of the channels. They don't all move in at the same time; in other words they're scattered. It's a good time to fish D'Arbonne.

    Henreys Cabins are not on the list of places to stay but nice place, Has its own Launch site and Boat shed
