    Default Directions to Shindig/Lynnhurst Resort


    270 Lynnhurst Drive, Murray,Ky 42071

    From North or west:
    Take I-69/Purchase Parkway to Exit 41 (I think) Murray/Hardin/Hwy 641 spur South. Continue south on 641 to Hwy 80 east. It will be a 4 lane to 4 lane intersection. Go east(left) on 80 about 4 miles and watch for a white vinyl fence on the right/south side of road. At the end of that fence will be Todd Road. Turn right onto Todd Road (10 miles from there to Lynnhurst) and go about 1.5 miles to stop sign. Cross Hwy 94 at Duncan’s Market onto Irvin Cobb Rd/Rt 732. Continue on that road all the way to Lynnhurst on the right.

    From east: take Hwy 80/68 across both lakes. Once you pass KenLake State Park, look for Hwy 94 on your left. Turn onto 94 for 5 miles or so. Look for signs for Rt1346. Turn left onto 1346 at a power substation. Go about 200 yards and at 3way stop, go right all the way to Rt 732. Turn left on 732 all the way to Lynnhurst.

    Duncan’s Market has great burgers and sandwiches but very basic groceries. There is a Dollar General Store just a couple of miles on Hwy 94 toward Murray. Murray has several chain restaurants. Sirloin Stockade on South 12th street has seafood buffet on Friday night. Frog legs included. Great salad bar. Our favorite is The Keg (Cajun, bbq, seafood, steaks,bar) on north 16th street. Can expect a wait. Tom’s Grill on Hwy 641 north has great steaks and prime rib.

    Keep in mind there is sparse cell signal in areas going to Lynnhurst. Use your auto GPS. Lynnhurst has WiFi info at check-in.
    Use my directions as some GPS units(mainly phone) will get you off on a goat-path in the middle of nowhere with no cell signal.
