Just as last year I have compiled a master "check" list of the major items needed to put on this wonderful Shindig. This is how we will handle it once again this year:

Pick an item on the below list and post in this thread on what you will bringing or be covering. I will check this thread on a daily basis and when someone claims an item I will mark it as "check" behind the item. We will do this until all items are covered. Remember, we had about 100 plus members show up last year, so there will be some of the items I will be taking several hits on before I will "check" it off (Such as plates, utensils, paper towels, etc.) Once it is "checked" off that's it....... Consider it off the list. This is how we keep from having way too much of one item and waste. So here we go ladies and fellers........Please post up!!!! It'll be here before you know it and its gonna be a great time with some great fishermen and women!! Not to mention the food!!!!

Sorry all....I was out of town for a bit and had to catch up and get everyone on the list. We are getting close to the day! We have had a couple of changes on the cooking scene as our dear cajunfryer had an accident over the weekend and injured his foot pretty badly. Please send prayers for him and wish him well. No fear though, we will still have his cooker and I will be bringing another fryer too just like his to help keep up with the frying. I spoke to ifish this morning and we have plan B in order and called in some reserves. Looks like we have a good list and most of the items taken care of. We are in for some good eats!
