    The more I look at it, the weirder it gets. I think I see two people hiding behind what looks to be a tube, didn't notice that before.

    Some girl on Facebook is claiming that the boat broke down and was smashing into the dam rocks, hence the awkward retrieval. The Illinois party then got their truck stuck in efforts to save the boat from being smashed.
