    Default Barren Report?


    I am going to try it tomorrow. Anyone have any news on Barren? Water temp was 57 early in the week or so I was told.

    Have been finding morels so the crappie can't be far behind.

    I went today. Water temp was 56 up towards walnut creek. Caught some real nice fish. Anywhere from 10-13". Those were my keepers, got a bunch of small fish also. I was fishing with minnows and green jigs. Water is starting to clear up, muddy in some spots.

    I will be fishing around Walnut Creek. I live a mile from the ram
    . Were they very shallow?

    Fished Walnut Creek area today. Caught a mixed bag early. Then 5 keepers and then a few small fish. Had to work for what I got.

    Wish they'd start holding the lake.

    Good deal!! I may try to head to the lake tomorrow and Saturday but after this rain I will probally stay towards the main lake. May need to give it a day or so to settle, let me know how the water looks around there. Thanks

    The mouth of peters creek is where we caught our big ones yesterday, we just had to go through a bunch of small ones!
