Those are some very nice ties. And yes you get hooked as bad as the fish. Especially when you catch them on your own ties not someone's plastic.

You clearly didn't read many of my post as I always tell guys this is super addictive and I also tell them you will spend more than you ever thought!

You shouldn't need to wait that long for material order, but it does make a difference where you get it! Also the craft stores are good for some things, good hackle is not one of them and their marabou is okay if it's color fast, but still not the kind I use in my tying!

If you would like pictures of my chenille and Saltwater Neck Hackle just PM me and we can talk.

My problem is that I'm a little stubborn. Usually when I get something stuck in my head, I put the cart before the mule. So, zero research was done. It was only after I'd ordered a cheap vice, a set of tying tools, and made a material order that I started researching. By then I figured out that I may have kicked a hornets nest. You know how it starts though, "I'll just tie a couple. I can quit anytime I choose". Before you know it, it's 200 jigs later....

The order (which still isn't here) is actually how I found this forum. I did a Google search on the place and it brought me here, only to find out that I'm not the first that it's happened to with them. So it's not a complete loss. I ordered from Crazy Angler on a Monday, and was tying by Thursday.

    Sending PM
