A lot of old folks like me would give their eye teeth to go fishing 200 days a year.
I think you've been doing this a while from the looks of your jigs. Nice work and good color. The different materials helps on days they are slow to bite, more stuff to try. Good Job!

Great looking jigs. Just a suggestion, when painting your heads, heat the head and just before you dip it, grab the hook eye with some needle nose pliers, then dip it in the paint. It keeps your hook eyes free of paint.

I've been contemplating doing a fluid bed, I've watched videos of them online and it really doesn't seem all that much faster than how I bake them now. Most of the time I can do a 100 jigs with basecoat, 1-2 layers of paint, add the eye, add the pupil and then clear coat it in about 300 hours including dry time?

I guess you are painting with Vinyl? That is the more durable paint for sure, but the Powder Paint is faster, but more costly IMHO! I mean with Powder paints there are also a lot of color choices that I don't think are offered in Vinyl, but I am not so sure you need that many colors anyway. I mean really the pretty colors are as much to catch the fishermen as they are to catch fish, lol!
If your happy with what your doing why change?

What Skip said. BTW, I really like the arctic fox fur that Skip turned me on to.

I do both vinyl and powder. Currently with powder I line up 25 jigs in the toaster oven, heat em to temp, dip in white, clear the eye, back into the oven, cover with 1-2 coats of the main color, clear the eye than cure em. After that I add the eyes and pupils and then spray them with a clear coat epoxy or UV coat.
I just seem to hear about guys being able to do more faster with a fluid bed.
I'm not saying anything I do is right or well wrong either, the amount of info I have learned from this forum is outstanding!
