Harley Davidson, bike sales, atv and UTV sales, swimming pool sales, bicycle sales, RV and Boat sales are way way up. Dealers can’t get resupplied. Right now Sturgis Bike Rally is on,,over 250k will attend...I cancelled going to it as well as a couple other events due to crowds and my age being 70 even tho I am healthy and never get sick,,but also a smoker. Mecham Auto Auctions just had a very successful auto auction at the St. Fairgrounds selling tons of high class vehicles. People that don’t travel or vacation as much tend to funnel those dollars to family items to keep the families occupied locally and it is what it is. It’s one of the reasons,,locally we see more boaters, more jet skiers, more kayakers, more camping locally at our lakes. Granted,,it’s stimulating our local economies but increasing the lake activity. fishing license sales is up and also hunting license sales is increasing so look for a increase in hunters this season as due to restrictive travel. I think this will not change for the rest of 2020. To answer your question on stimulus packages..yes, it’s helped the local economies and businesses out.
