    Correction to my caption with the picture. Fish were 2-3ft deep in any where from about 8-12 fow

    been catching them off shallow shore areas in 2-6fow here. no bait, just tiny jigs under floats. they arent big crappie though just 11-12" eaters. have yet to break the 14" mark this spring.

    even tho i hate wind when fishing, those warm south winds sure did feel nice, while sacking up fillets.

    Nightmare on boat control, but you're right. Sometimes the wind is a definite advantage, has days when it laid down and the bite stopped.

    Just drove to Danville, In and back from Rockville and on the way back it snowed so hard couldn't see vehicles in other lane coming at you, been a great April so far.. Sun is out in Rockville now but winds blowing about 15-20 mph.
