I sure wish I could have been there to help.
I've tried to get with them to add stuff to the lake but to no avail.
Good job guy's and thank you very much for all you do
Last week Central Illinois Crappie Club and Prairie Land Anglers built them and today we dropped them in conjunction with Mike Garthaus from the IDNR. Altogether there were 50 structures built and placed. Thanks too all who participated we will be emailing you the coordinates for each drop position. Anyone who is a member and attends our meetings will be able to get the coordinates upon request. For more info about the club you can visit www.centralillinoiscrappieclub.com we have all of our applications posted for upcoming tournaments on our application page.
Here are some pics from today.

Also can we do it again next spring maybe allittle earlier in the year I'd love to help out
The next planned event with the IDNR is to help them collect crappie from the rearing pond and release back into Clinton Lake on October 14th. Not much help is needed but he said people could come out and watch to see how it works.
As far as another brush drop the way I understood him there is more material available to build so we will have to plan the next build and drop. We will put it on our meeting agenda.
Would have been nice if there was an announcement of this before hand. Would maybe have joined up just to have been able to help out.
