    Default Evergreen yesterday

Went out yesterday for 2 hrs. before work. Lake is as low as I have ever seen it out of a boat. Ramp is not the worst I have ever launched at but be careful. Water is stained but we have recieved over an inch of rain so it will clear up. Used my Twain pattern to catch fish yesterday after trolling for 1/2 an hour with not a bite. Deep laydowns about a ft. off bottom holding still. Might feel a tap tap, sometimes I would lift the line and there would be some pressure. Very lite bite. Kept my usual 10 for sandwiches. Most fish were 9.5 to 10.5 and this one is 11.75. Blue and white did not work well, electric chicken was hot.

I like that dippin bait right in the brush style Sparky, except I use minnows. Glad to see there are still bigger fish left.

Good Report, glad to hear of some nice sized crappies being caught. The last couple of weeks, all I am hearing from people is that they are catching a lot of crappies out on E, but everything is around 8". The keepers seem to be getting harder & harder for people to find.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

Thats because Greg and his brother Luke caught em all. Just be grateful they left us the 8inchers

I only fish in a small area, plenty of fish left. I was on a stretch this spring that had easily 300 crappies. Can't give up on your spots they are there just tougher to catch somedays
