Size: 167.0 KBWe have an unusual early rut at our Hunt Club. We see bucks running does before hunting season starts.. Common to see them running does in late August to Early September. I start seeing Fawns in April every year. Last year the Rut was about 2 weeks later than we normally see it.. It was slow but steady up to late October, Then we saw a few chasing around Christmas time. When I hunted 40-50 miles east of our place the chasing got started around the last week of October

Turkeys everywhere down here. I see mam turkeys with their chicks all the time.

Right now our fawns are still hiding and are not standing next to mom. They will be out soon.
Maybe they will bite this one……

Saw our first of the year yesterday. Momma and baby were crossing our ole township road. It was very wobbly legged so I am guessing it had just been born. God’s creation is amazing…..
