    Default Rabbit hunt

Had a good day with some old friends rabbit hunting. Killed two swampers, and put one in the hole.Name: IMG_20180203_173345_965.jpg

Kind of making me miss the old days listening to my beagles hot on a rabbit. Thanks for sharing your hunt and picture.

Man there is nothing like listening to a pack barking every breathe deep in the woods. But, I sure am glad I don't have to fool with dogs anymore!! I don't miss the feeding, watering, training and headache that comes with dogs. Its much easier to just go with guys who already have them. I used to travel all over to compete in field trials when I wasn't hunting.

I know what you are talking about there. They can be a lot of work keeping dogs. I would like to say it doesn't hurt when you are invited on a rabbit hunt to go buy a sack of good dog food to help the dog owner out every now and then as keeping dogs now days can get expensive for the dog owner.

Had Beagles for 40 yrs sure do miss having them but theres almost no places to hunt around me anymore no fence rows or weed patches left.
My last beagle passed away 4-5 years ago, best dogs in the world.
