    Default Perks

One of the perks of living here is what your friends do for fun. A friend gave some shrimp and today was the day for them to be eaten or go in the trash. I couldn’t get much more creative than this, and it was excellent!! Shame of it all is there won’t be any leftovers.

That’s right Jack, Parmesan cheese over the spaghetti. Back in the early 80’s my brother and my wife and I shared a house and we went shrimping one night and got our limit, 5 gallons with the heads on, in 3 hours. We ate shrimp about every way we could think of and this was one we liked. No beef and even better with a slice of mozzarella melted over the top.

We all have our thing Linda, I was raised on it. Parmesan and Romano mix is even better.
