A friend of mine went their Saturday long linning . They caught more bass and bream than they did specks. They did manage to catch few specks. Only one that was over 10". I haven't been there myself in a few years but always caught between 50 to 100 specks every time I went. The only problem was catching anything over 10". I have seen post of people catching some big specks out of there. I don't know what I was doing wrong.

Me and the wife are heading over there tomorrow to see what we can find. Hopefully we can convince some fishes, specks mainly to take a nice soak in a ice bath on our boat.

Managed to convince 5 specks to come home with us. But those 5 are good ones for George's Lake. Sound 10-12" fish.
May go back tomorrow if the wife feels like it.
