    Default Terrova with Ipilot help

I just purchased a used boat with an older Terrova w/ipilot. Put it on the water, deployed the motor, and the green "System Ready" light comes on, but nothing from the remote or foot controller. No propeller or steering response from either. Motor is fully deployed and locked. Battery is good in the remote. Mashed the "Learn" button, but no audible. Only audible I can get from the motor is the 3 short beeps for GPS connection.
12V batteries are fully charged, and checked all connections at the batteries.
I have MG XI5 on my other boat, and have no idea how to start troubleshooting a MK motor. Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

You might take the head off and check the wire connection, just 4 screws

With the power on TM and remote make sure the remote is able to "find" the TM. May be as simple as they are not talking to each other.

since no response from foot pedal and i pilot control. sounds like control board has went bad. if you know someone with a good foot pedal for it try it on yours.
