Thread: Onix jigging mode

I don't think the Onix ever had the pixelated 2D problem that the jigging mode fixed on the core units ......So...it won't have jigging mode.

No, there's no jigging mold on Onix. Chirp did improve the 2d tho. Are you happy with the 2d chirp?

Kosmo to be totally honest prior to the patch I didnt see much improvement except maybe less noise. That being said I will recheck after the 2.720 patch. Just installed the patch and will look at it next week. Care to explain exactly what positive things u see? Also I have started running the si and di with the sharpness in the low setting. I think it looks better and more what I consider normal than with sharpness off.

Yes, the screen is alot cleaner than before. It allows for the sensitivity to be run alot hotter, while not clouding the screen with all that clutter. The patch didn't change the chirp any. It did help the si, but there's still a problem with the si. If the Helix line works like the previous si units. They all should have better si than the Onix. The major downfall of the helix, for me. They can't run 2d/360 split, like the Onix.
