The mixed reviews are mostly dependant upon a person's willingness to learn the program. It isn't real easy to just pick it up, install it, and master it right away. Things don't quite work the way you would think, so there is a learning curve and if you want to get the most out of the program, you'll need to devote some time to looking at tutorials, manuals, and hands-on learning in the program. If you're not willing to do that, don't buy the program. You won't be happy.
I was wanting to chart a Lake(s) that is not on the current LakeMasters Mid-South V2. Lakes I would like to do some charting on would be Lake Wes Watkins, Broken Bow, Lake Keystone, Bell Cow Lake, Greenleaf etc. If I have read correctly the software would allow to do some charting a little each time I am at the lake and then put it all together as one. I have not really used the autochart live yet so I am not aware if it will allow you to save multiple lake autocharts and then let you go back and add to them when you have time to go back and do some additional charting.

Also just installed Chrome and get the same message when trying to download either of the two Humviewer files.

Yes, that is why anyone wants AutoChart. So they can map lakes that haven't been surveyed by Lakemaster or Navionics yet.

What I am saying is, why buy the computer software, when you can do the same thing with what is already on your Onix (AutoChart Live).

Yes, you can do that in the computer program AutoChart Pro. But you can also do that same thing with your Onix (go back to a lake and do additional charting in AutoChart Live, on your ONIX). No need for the computer program to do that, since you already have it on your Onix.

I'm saying, you could just buy the ZeroLines SD card ($100), and not have to buy the computer software ($250). It would save you $150.

There may be some reasons a person would actually want the computer software (AutoChart Pro), as well as AutoChart live on your Onix. I'm just not sure that you do, if all you want to do is generate some custom maps for several lakes.

I will have to give this a try to see how well it works out, thanks for the info.
