Thats normal. Voltage is higher when the charger is plugged in.
I just got a terrova on the battery indicator light when I push the button with my battery charger pluged in the lights are bright when its not (batterys fully charged)they all still come on but they are dim are they supposed to be like that.

You've got something going on here. My 24 volt Terrova lights are about the same with or without the charger attached. They're really bright. Book says to make sure the TM isn't running or pulling current when you check. Also, have you verified the voltage at the TM terminals with the charger connected and then disconnected? This may tell you plenty. Could be a battery connection or a bad cell or many things.
one recomendation.... unplug the TM when charging

my battery lights on the terrova are bright as can be while on the water, I un plug my tm when the charger is plugged in
I had a bad battery. I cant wait to see how it moves with the full 24 volts goin to it

Good. Glad you found it. It really hums when it's wide open. I mounted a 50 amp toggle switch on my bow control panel that isolates my battery forward receptacle when not using the motor. Terrova disconnects power when in the stowed position anyway.
