    Default 2pc shad mold question

I’m looking to see that is out there for a 2 piece shad mold in the 2”-3” range. Would like a boot tail and, I’m not sure I’ve seen it before but, does anyone make molds like this as an upper and lower halves mold?

Been trying to to make one but it seems to be a tall order. I’ve tried fiberglass resin, alumilite and bondo but they just don’t come out right- too many variables I guess doing it that way..

    thanks,
    karl

Not a particular bait- just a boot/paddle tail but would like to laminate it. Prefer more like a scale detailed mold but can’t be too picky. Name: F5B2F91E-53DF-46FB-AB07-8D63F9B2E4D6.jpg

Paddle tails can give you fits I've been working on some paddle tails used as legs... I think you should try it in Plaster, Cuz you can pour half the mold and shoot the rest instead of a lam. plate
