All I can say is "Oh My God" The tail action on this 1 3/4 inch lure is unbelievable. The one on the right is the actual size. The one on the left is snipped about 1/4 inch off to see if there would be a difference. I am sure some of you sharp shooters like "G" and Bob caught that slight modification. Those are soft plastic simulated "Crappie nibbles" on the hook point. Otherwise my aquarium fish would impale themselves on this bait. They were really after them.
I did an experiment since the tentacles on this lure are all in a straight line. First I put the lure on the jig head so that the tentacles were horizontal and flat. I moved it around in the aquarium and it had nice action. Then I took two other jig heads and put the lure on so that they were vertical in the water. All I can say is "Oh My God!" Not only did it appear like the tail of a fish but there is almost double the movement of the tail which I believe will induce more and better fish strikes. I am extremely impressed with this lure.
I have only had this mold and this lure for six hours and already it is at the top of my list.

3rd my two inch Minnow
People I am here to tell you that Bob and Curt nailed it on this one. I am shipahoy41 and I approve this message.
Have a great day and this little shot will soon be in some Crappie's mouth. I will be making my own personal ones in lime chartreuse as well as a black body with a lime chartreuse tail. They both will be on a pink jig head. That is a deadly combination for crappies down here in Alabama.
