Take the head off of the injector and take some Pam Spray it inside the injector to clean the excess plastic run the injector or back-and-forth they should work
I have been making baits for a couple of months now and today I noticed that my injector isn't sucking in the plastic fully anymore therefore when I try to inject into the mold there is hardly any plastic. I have a jacobs baits injector any idea why this is happening?
Thanks!

I was thinking o-ring. I keep mine oiled with worm oil at all times. Might try pouring plastic into injector. That's what I do.

How fast do you do that? I did tried that and it seemed to start cooling too much by the time i started putting most of it in the mold.
I pour in the injector when I'm ready to shoot the mold. Talking seconds it takes.

Pam imo is the worst lubricant, As it is actually tacky, worm oil is best, I do not oil mine at all, plastic is self lubricating, being it is essentially petroleum based. Sounds like a oring to me. Cheap o rings will last only days. Good chance it needs a new one.
Yea, I was planning on going to pick up a few O-rings to have and replace these. Thanks for the response. I also just ordered some plastic from you!
I got Orings in stock as well if you need them, Have we shipped it yet?
