    Default Tennessee country meal

Something we had never eaten until we moved to Tn. I decided to fix it today. Chicken dressing. Gravy. Green beans with ham and potatoes. Candied yams with butter, sugar and lemon juice. Cranberry sauce. And my favorite, cucumber/tomato/onion salad with raspberry vinaigrette.
Mmm Mmm hey grandpa what's for supper. Little hint. We buy roasted whole chickens from Sam's and pick the meat. Separate into freezer bags. Use for this dressing, gumbo, jambalaya, spaghetti sauce, stew, soup and etouffee.

Looks great and no doubt sounds good enough to bring Jefro a runnin, all the way from the cement pond, no doubt.
