thanks for the replies Chad
As far as the fish being dried out.... I'm going to say, probably not. Unless you really leave them in there a while. The yard bird was cooked at 500° for 13ish minutes.... very crispy and juicy. At that temp, I think it sealed in the moisture.
I have that exact air fryer and love it. I have never tried doing fish but have done a lot of other things and it has always been very good. Most things i think come out as good as a deep fryer because it gets the crispy texture without ever being soggy.

If it works it's a easier way.
If it ain't cooked in oil it's baked. It might as well be cooked in the oven.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.Mosquitopat thanked you for this post
Too long in the air fryer and you could wind up with crappie jerky...
I want to buy one, but I am waiting on a report on fish.
My cousin has one and he bought some accessory racks that were offered by the company. He did probably 50 bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeņos at a get-together we had in October and they were great! At that time, he had only had it a short time and had not done a lot with it. I was impressed with the food, but cleaning those little round wire racks weren't gonna be too fun!
