    The number I have is a private number. They should answer the regular number or call you back if you leave a message, but it’s their busy season and lots of times the girls that answer the phones are working in the plant shipping out orders. . I may have to help you with them myself. Let me get this boat show out of the way and I call them next week. PM me your contact number.

    I'll just say this about Titelok after leaving them many vms and emails over the last two weeks without any response, I would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing a TiteLok product. If you can't even return a clients call after two weeks regardless of how busy you are, you aren't a company that I will support or ever purchase from again. I can't wait to get a set of stalkers and chunk these Titelok C&Cs in the trash. Appreciate BRM's offer to help, but the company should service their clients on their own much better than this. Grizzly actually did return a call and offered some good advice on what others were experiencing. Too bad they didn't offer to replace the faulty product they sold to us.

    I have called three times and sent an email over the past two weeks with no reply either. They make a great product (when it works) and I understand stuff happens when producing goods but they have the worst customer service of any company still in business.

    To follow up on this thread, on March 22 Titelok responded to my February 20th email asking for my address and stating they would send me the parts I needed to fix my rod holders. As of the mail running today, I will have my parts in hand and hopefully will be able to get everything working correctly again. While it took a while, I appreciate Titelok sending me the parts I needed. Hopefully they are getting caught up and can provided the customer service we expect going forward.
