Good Job Dave, those will fry well Man, Love that Ranger boat

The Stats:
Caught these White and Black Crappie Shallow (1-4') around cover...wood and Lilly Pads. All 10" plus keepers (18). Was Single Line Polling with an 11'-0" Graphite rod, 6lb test, tipped with 1/16 Pearl green and Chartreuse tube jig with Redhead and white and black eyes. I was free swimming it carefully and also using a small bobber at times. The bobber allows me to let it just sit there a moment...then a flick or two sometimes triggers that bite. Also can reach out and flip it back in there without getting hung. Some fish were in less than a foot. Was a fairly good bite, but not great. Had to really work around for these. Water temp had really dropped from a week before. Now 68 to 70.
Tight lines and persistence...

Thanks Dave, Nothing quite like a Big Crappie thumping a jig with 2 foot of line hanging off the end of a Jig Pole, I love it when they think they are tarpon and go tail walking across the pads. LOL

Nice catch and great report.
Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Nice catch
