Default Crown Lake Tips or guide info

    Hey Guys,

Fellas my wife has decided we are going to Crown Lake Arkansas around the end of May for a week vacation. I'm wanting to go fishing. I am pretty new to crappie fishing but have been fishing for gills, crackers and bass for most of my life. Anyway I'm looking for either a guided trip or some pointers for maybe taking my young kids bank fishing.

    Thanks,
    Ctf58

Well crown lake is a small lake. It's a pretty lake to spend some time on though. The bottom of that lake is basically clean of cover, but some has been placed in there in places, find the cover and you'll find the fish. I know that's easier said then done, but that's about all I know about it. Wish I could help more.

That's a great lake to long line a jig or pull a crank bait on also. Water is pretty clear.

I caught a saugeye in Crown Lake when I was a kid. Looks like I need to visit Grandpa this spring and find Jackie bluegill bed.

I heard today that the bream bite is on there right now so you may have a great trip.
