    Default New Cajun Fryer

Got me a new Cajun Fryer last week. Got the little 4 gallon Econo Fryer. IT'S GREAT!!!!

Can't get it locally. I had to order it from them. It's a one piece unit with no wheels. But I'm not gonna be moving it around.

Fire it up. Ready to cook in under 15 min. And the best thing about it is, turn it off and your done. No mess and no cleanup. Close the lid, your done.

Now, if I can just time some time to go fishing and get lucky enough to catch some. That would be great. Does deer well too.

I sure like to get one, one of these days. Did you get the stainless steel one to the black steel one.

Got a 4 gallon and an 8 gallon. It's the best money I've ever spent twice. Grease last forever. If only I could catch a fish to go in those it would be great, but it is awesome on chicken strips and fries
