    Default Looking for moss at Ouachita and DeGray


    For years, I fished moss at Ouachita and DeGray. A couple of years ago, we lost the moss. I'm hoping it will come back but haven't been able to find much. Anyone else found much moss?

    Moss? are you refferring to the grass? I am not sure what you mean. If you are talking about the grass then try the backside of island 31, and the buckville area. also lots of grass on the point out from Mountain Harbor as well as the islands on the south side of that point.

    Thanks! It is the grass I'm talking about. I was on Ouachita Sunday afternoon and caught a few. I was surprised that the female's eggs weren't mature.

    There's moss and grass in the very back of Simpson's cove, north of Denby point.
