Default Have you seen the mirror blinds?

A friend sent me an email last night, so I did a search for them.. Here is a link to a Texas hunting forum with them on it.

Those are pretty nuts, I didn't read the forum just checke out the pics, but I would expect them to be a little pricy.

I think I read somewhere on one of the forums that it sells for a little over a thousand.. like 1025.... I bet I could find mirrored plexiglass for cheaper than that...

Yup, think I'll stick to making ground blinds out of pallets I get for free and camoflauge them with brush, hasn't let me down yet.

I would be afraid a skidder or boar hog would take it out.

It's a scam... There's no way they don't reflect light, I'm also not sure if it's a bad thing but the animal will see it's reflection,

From what I read, the side panels are angled, the top of the blind is supposed to be wider than the bottom, so that when you look at it, unless you are right up on it, it will reflect towards the ground... the animal shouldn't be able to get close enough to see itself.

I can not believe that I did not come up with this idea. They need to find a way to get the price down so most people can afford one.

I saw one advertised the other day that was a tri-fold portable unit that ran 150-200 bucks, they were kinda like the wrap around pop up blinds that some turkey hunters use, I was cruising the infomercials late one night last week and saw it.
