    Post Ice melting,chaunc?


    Will this warming trend melt all the ice? Have you caught any fish lately?

    Dont think it will melt all the ice but i know the edges will be gone. I fished tuesday and did very well for 2.5 hours. Over a dz. crappies and gills from golden run. I'm not going out again until we get another good freeze week. Some nuts will use a board to get on the ice. I dont recommend that yet. First ice is too unstable to chance it(for me). Gonna fry up some fillets today....Be safe out there. I may try the upper river area for eyes this week.
