Default first time out for sunnies

today is the first day out for sunfish. when we got there there was a little haze in the air and it was 42 degrees out. well we poked our heads out to see how dark it was and it was foggy, so foggy that we got lost on our way off the lake. lucky enough that i stopped at a house on the lake and it was a friend of mine and he showed us the way off. he had better lighting than we did. man you couldn't see 10 feet in front of you. anyway here are the pics and then i got to clean them up for tomorrow lunch.

not real big but will be tasty.

Beautiful Bluegill! Looks just like the ones we were catching a couple months ago here. We'll be eating those fillets until Spring or later!

North star, man I LOVE catching blue gill! That is some fine fish you have there.

As for the fog, you may want to invest in a GPS. I know mine has saved my butt in heavy fogs and also in a HEAVY downpour! Well worth their price and they have come way down and price in the last several years.:D

It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D
