20 crappie fillets with skin on
1 cup white cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika


Mix cornmeal, salt ,pepper in a bag,then coat each fillet. Roll fillets tail-side in and peg with toothpicks. Sprinkle the top with paprika and deep fry in 350- degree oil for 4 minutes or golden brown............................................. ............................................
