    Default Lights at Nights question

If I put lights out around my boat at night, it draws tons of baitfish. Why would a fish hit a minnow dangling on a hook, when there are tons of natural looking baitfish in the area? Ps. Also I'll be hosting the next jigswap. Come join in a fun hobby.

I've cleaned alot of crappie caught under lights over the years and you just dont see that many with a bulging belly full of shad. Watching the shad on the surface you'd think it's easy pickings but apparently they must be a little harder for a crappie to ease up on and suck in compared to an injured minnow on a hook?:o

light draws the bugs, bugs draw the baitfish, baitfish draw the crappie and other fish...
There is security for schools of baitfish swimming in circles and they confuse the predators, the predators will look for a weak straggler and this is where your minnow on a hook comes in
