Wish I could help Earl but, I was wanting to go every day this week but the wind kept me from it. The last ones I caught were 10 to 15 ft on black/green with char tail.
I am fishing a small crappie tournament at Sinclair on Friday. Has anyone caught any crappie trolling at Sinclair recently and if so any pointers would be appreciated? Dock shooting would be my second choice because my partner for the tournament does not have any dock shooting experience. Thanks.

The wind has been horrible this week. I can't imagine anyone fishing in that wind. Sorry I can't be more help, besides I only shoot docks.
Earl,
Larry Brewer caught 10-12 1#+ off his dock Sunday I think it was.

Earl,
Looking at the lake today and it looks like a sheet of glass. NO WIND!
Hey Hawk, looks like tommorow is going to be a great day as far as the weather goes. I got a couple of positive reports today but nothing about fish of any size.
Earl..........How did you do in the tourney and what did it take to win it???

We won with five crappie that weighed over 4 pounds. We had three one pounders and two 14 ouncers. We caught around fifty fish and kept 32 trolling and shooting docks. Most looked like 12 to 14 ounce clones.
Congrats on the win Earl. Sounds like theyre still biting pretty good on Sinclair.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
Thanks Bowman, I hope to go back next week and just shoot docks. I am trying to decide whether to go to Oconee or Sinclair?
